Resurge India Foundation offers comprehensive support to talented youth from underserved communities through our integrated programme ecosystem. From personalised mentoring to financial scholarships, academic coaching to skill development, we provide holistic solutions that transform educational aspirations into professional achievements.
1. Mentoring & Counselling Programme
Provides free, scientifically-based one-to-one counselling, career guidance and mentoring to all students, with special emphasis on those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Focuses on identifying natural aptitudes through psychometric assessments guiding students to set clear and attainable goals.
- Offers continuous support through follow-up sessions to ensure consistent student progress.
- Connects students with suitable professionals and mentors as needed.
With approximately 500 students counselled annually, we strategically target those students and youth in the age group of 15 to 25 in this programme.
2. Mass Career Guidance Workshops
- Interactive workshops covering emerging career opportunities.
- Industry insights from experienced professionals.
- Information sessions on higher education pathways.
- Q&A sessions addressing specific student concerns.
- Practical guidance on skill development and certification requirements for various career paths.
Every year Resurge India Foundation is reaching out to several institutions across Kerala as part of this. Those institutions that can arrange a group of a minimum of fifty students can contact us to arrange these workshops.
3. Resurge Academic Empowerment Programme
Empowers ambitious youth from underserved communities to excel academically and pursue higher education through comprehensive support systems.
- One-time financial support including admission fees, examination fees, application fees and other similar costs.
- Financial assistance for educational materials.
- Resource sharing and peer learning opportunities.
- Specialised coaching for competitive examinations.
- Regular progress monitoring and personalised feedback.
The programme is designed for those students in high school and college classes from financially constrained backgrounds. At present, Resurge India Foundation is supporting more than hundred students across Kerala.
4. Resurge Young India Scholarship Scheme
Transformative monthly/semester scholarship programme to alleviate financial burden of disadvantaged students. The scholarship facility is open throughout the year.
- Periodic financial support strictly for educational expenses.

- Career guidance and mentorship for scholarship recipients.
- Alumni network development and ongoing mentorship beyond scholarship completion.
Those students from financially constrained backgrounds with strong academic potential are eligible for this support. So far, Resurge India Foundation provided scholarships to around one fifty students.

Strategic collaborations with leading institutions and universities across India for scholarships, resource-sharing and expanded outreach.

Resurge India Foundation is consistently expanding the educational partnership programme with different institutions across the nation. For example, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (Haridwar, Uttarakhand) is a prestigious notable partnership we have which offers full scholarships for five deserving students annually, covering all educational expenses.
6. Book Bank and Reference Library
Provides free access to quality educational resources, ensuring financial constraints do not limit learning opportunities.
- Extensive collection of textbooks, reference materials and competitive exam guides.

- Study spaces and reading facilities.
- Periodic book drives and donation campaigns to continuously expand the connection.
- Periodic Resurge literary discussion forum.
Students from underprivileged backgrounds across all academic levels can approach Resurge India Foundation office to access the book bank and reference library. Currently available only at RIF head office, expansion to multiple locations is planned.
7. Self-Enrichment Programmes
Comprehensive skill-building workshops designed to develop essential life competencies and professional excellence, preparing participants for successful careers and meaningful personnel growth.

Resurge India Foundation is conducting intensive weekend sessions based on requests from applicants. Mostly students and young professionals aged 18-25 are attending the programme.
8. Youth Empowerment Initiatives
Community development programme conducted with residential associations, schools, libraries and other community organisations to foster moral, cultural and leadership growth.

The programme is intended for those in the age group of 14-24 from diverse backgrounds. Annually, around three hundred students are participating in these programmes.
9. Resurge Internship Programme

The programme is intended for college students and recent graduates seeking practical experience. As Resurge India Foundation has partnerships with several companies and organisations, the participants receive quality internship experiences with certificates.
10. Resurge Research Programme
Empowers students to contribute to knowledge creation through structured research opportunities and academic publications.

Those undergraduate, postgraduate and research scholars who seek additional support in academic research are the target audience here. Currently four research scholars are associated with the programme.
